Meet Travis Morton

Travis Morton is a Class-A PGA Member and Colorado native with a passion for helping golfers of all ages learn, improve, and enjoy the game.

Travis teaches at Legacy Ridge Golf Course, Walnut Creek Golf Preserve, and Raccoon Creek Golf Course. His extensive golf background includes playing high school golf at Columbine High School, competing collegiately at Colorado State University–Pueblo, and spending 12 years playing professionally, including three years on the Gateway Tour in Arizona. He is also a four-time winner in Colorado PGA Section events.

While Travis brings an impressive competitive background to his instruction, teaching is his true passion. His easygoing and approachable style allows students to feel comfortable while learning and developing their game. Travis believes that every golfer learns differently, so he takes the time to understand each student's preferred learning style and adapts his instruction to help them succeed.

Whether working with a young golfer picking up a club for the first time or an experienced player looking to take their game to the next level, Travis focuses on making every session fun, productive, and personalized. His goal is to help students build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and create a lasting enjoyment of the game.
